In case the visitor is under 16 years old, the request must be accompanied by a parent/guardian’s consent.
The data requested during the booking process is mandatory for the completion of the request. Consequently, if it is not provided or not provided correctly, we will not be able to process the request.
In particular, these data are:
– First Name, Last Name, Address: Nominative registration of the reservation, record keeping as well as possible postal delivery of documents or lost items.
– E-mail address: Main means of communication with our guests.
– Digital form of certificate (e.g. ID card, passport): Ientification of guests.
– Electronic payment details (e.g. credit/debit card details). Necessary for processing the reservation when prepayment is required or as a guarantee in case of payment on arrival at Krystallon.
The collection, processing and use of the above personal data is strictly limited to the operation and service needs of the Krystallon accommodation, in terms of managing reservations and personal communication between the owners and the guests of the accommodation. It will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose (such as for example advertising, promotional or commercial) unless there is clear notification and express consent of all persons concerned or, imposed by a court order or decision of another public authority.
Likewise, audiovisual material (photos or videos) that may be created during the stay and depicting the guests, belongs to the category of personal data and is not made public by us, unless there is explicit consent on the part of the persons depicted.
Personal data, excluding electronic payment details, are kept in our records for a period of at least three years from their registration. Especially electronic payment data is kept until the financial transactions are completed. The visitor can request at any time to be informed about the information held about him/her, as well as to have it corrected if an error is documented. After a period of three years, the visitor has the right to request their deletion from our records.
When visiting our website krystallon.gr, information about navigation preferences (“cookies”) is stored in the browser. This information has the effect of improving the browsing experience (e.g. preferences regarding the choice of dates of stay, number of persons, etc.), however, the visitor can deactivate them through the browser options.
